Frank Cavallaro

Chief Executive Officer

As TotalTrax’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cavallaro provides executive leadership and guidance of the TotalTrax brand, product and services portfolio. Mr. Cavallaro brings 25+ years of experience in the global technology distribution, supply chain, reverse logistics, after-market services, and electronic asset disposal (EAD) industries to TotalTrax and has a proven track record of successful growth leadership resulting in superior organizational and shareholder results.

Before joining TotalTrax, Mr. Cavallaro founded Fronetics Strategic Advisors, a global strategic advisory firm.  Prior to Fronetics he held various leadership positions within both public and private equity sponsored organizations.  His experience includes CEO of Converge, President of Arrow Electronics, and COO and General Manager of NECX. With domain expertise in international management, selling strategies, sales organizations and global operations, he is recognized as an industry leader in supply chain management.

Mr. Cavallaro holds a BS in Economics and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts and is a board member of the Newburyport Education Foundation (NEF) and Anna Jaques Hospital.

Neil O’Connell

Senior Vice President of Technology, Innovation & Product Development Chief

In this role, Mr. O’Connell is responsible for driving enhancements to the existing technology product portfolio as well as overseeing the innovation and commercialization of new technologies and software.

Mr. O’Connell joined TotalTrax with 20+ years of experience in optimizing results in the supply chain, logistics, technology and business development at large multinationals and smaller start-up companies.

Prior to joining TotalTrax, Mr. O’Connell managed an independent supply chain and logistics consulting firm with clients including Mars, MCE, Fortna, Wenaas, and Masonite. He also served as the CTO of StonePath Group-a supply chain and logistics provider that grew from $0 to $350 million in revenue in four years with customers including Best Buy, Target, ATT, and Home Depot. Mr. O’Connell also ran a Supply Chain practice at Oracle and then later went on to lead Oracle’s North American Industrial Supply Chain group. He also helped start and then lead the 3rd Party Logistics group at APL Logistics. Mr. O’Connell received a degree from Columbia Pacific University and USC.

Anthony Andriano

Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Operations

In this role, Mr. Andriano is responsible for the company’s financial controls and planning and oversees the day-to-day management of financial and supply chain related operations . Mr. Andriano joined TotalTrax with 12+ years of extensive finance experience in the electronics industry.

Prior to joining TotalTrax, Mr. Andriano spent the previous three years with Converge in Peabody, MA where he served as the Director of Finance. Converge is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 150 publically traded company. Including his time at Converge, Mr. Andriano spent over twelve years with Arrow and has held various finance postions within the company. During his time at Arrow, he had the opportunity to travel worldwide and has lived in New York, Hong Kong and Denver. Prior to joining Arrow, Mr. Andriano spent several years at KPMG in New York and started his career as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Andriano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania and a MBA in Finance from Hofstra in Hampstead, New York.

Mike McMillan

Vice President, Customer Satisfaction & Sales Support

In this role, Mr. McMillan leads the Customer Services organization, including Account Management, Technical Services, Implementation Services and Customer Support. Mr. McMillan’s background includes 24 years of experience in technical, product, and manufacturing support services.

Before joining TotalTrax, he was Vice President, Engineering and Customer Services for ShockWatch. During his time with ShockWatch, he grew its customer support efforts from a small team of technicians and service personnel to a highly-regarded support organization that managed the entire customer service portfolio, including technical support, implementation, order processing, and account management. Prior to ShockWatch, Mr. McMillan worked as Strategic Accounts Director of Customer Care at Celerity, a manufacturer of semiconductor instruments and also served as Executive Director of Allied Riser Communications’ network operations center, and Network Operations Manager of EG&G Intertech / Superconducting Super Collider project. Mr. McMillan received his degree from Tarleton State University.

Monty Taylor

Director of R&D

Monty Taylor is a native of Memphis, TN and graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Memphis. Monty spent 21 years with DuPont in various R&D and product development positions related to robotics, computer control, and electronic imaging. Monty was lead systems engineer for DuPont’s Digital Radiography project which introduced the first digital X-Ray system to the medical market.

Post DuPont, Monty held senior positions within two companies focused on electronic imaging and automation for the medical market. Monty joined TotalTrax in 2008 with this extensive background in imaging and automation and is now Director of Research and Development.
